- How do I place an order?
It’s easy! Just browse our collection, add your favorite pieces to the cart, and head to checkout. Fill in your contact and shipping details, choose your payment method, and you’re all set. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.Â
2. Is it mandatory to create an account before placing the order?
Yes.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible so you can get your jewelry fast! If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or DM within 2-4 hours of placing the order. Once it’s dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes.
4. How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this on our courier partner’s website to see exactly where your “sparkle” is! We will also update you about your order through email time by time until the orders delivered to you at your doorstep.
5. What are your shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 2,500! For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all cities across Pakistan.
6. What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your peace of mind. We also accept bank transfers and Easypaisa/JazzCash if you prefer to pay in advance.Â
Note: Rs. 250 advance payment is required to process all Cash on Delivery orders. This amount is adjusted in your final invoice.
